1975 HOLDEN TORANA LX

For sale is a genuine LX SS Torana Hatchback in Mandarin Red running a strong 383 Stroker Holden V8 and Muncie 4 speed manual gearbox. Located in Perth, WA for your inspection.

Repainted in 2 pac Mandarin Red 5 years ago, this original LX SS Hatchback features factory Slate Black interior. A genuine 202 6 cylinder 4 speed manual, the Torana is now running a 5 litre V8 stroked to 383ci with a 4BBL Demon Carby, new Carter Performance electric fuel pump, Gilmer gear drive, twin thermo fans, electronic dissy, extractors and a new 2 1/2" exhaust. Gears are swapped via a bullet proof 4 speed Muncie gearbox with a 3.08:1 Banjo diff.

The owner has recently refurbished the brakes including the brake booster and master cylinder. All bushes and shocks have been upgraded. He has also recently serviced the Torana with new oils, plugs and leads. An experienced Holden enthusiast and ex. spray painter, the SS has been sympathetically rebuilt keeping repro parts to a minimum.

The car still has its original dash pad, instruments, steering wheel, kick panels and headlining. Only the seat facings and carpet are repro items.

Riding on Cheviot Hotwire mags with excellent BF Goodrich tyres all round.
