In the careful hands of the current husband and wife GT enthusiasts for over 23 years, this car has been loved to within an inch of its life. She still retains the original matching numbers 351 4V Cleveland, the factory 4 speed Top Loader gearbox and 9" LSD diff. The GT has been rotisserie restored and presents in near to concours condition. The GT retains the original factory fitted black trim, dash, crash pad, hood lining and door cards and has covered a genuine 101,049 miles from new.
Lovingly dubbed by the family as Elanor, this XY GT has been a well known member of the NSW Falcon GT Owners Club for over 20 years and has been awarded both Gold and Silver awards at the Bathurst, Brisbane and Adelaide GT Nationals. A multiple trophy winning car, these trophies plus a custom show sign board will be supplied with the GT making for an impressive display for your man cave. The car has also featured in an article in Australian Muscle Car Magazine.
The GT was originally delivered from Martyn Ford at Cooma, NSW with dealer fitted Superfringe radio. The car comes with genuine 5 Slot rims or Option 52 Sports Road Wheels. The current owner has also fitted NOS Ford mud flaps, rear venetian, bumper over riders, GT floor mats and front spoiler.
