Description
A one of one built original maintained XB GT Falcon in Skyview Blue with B2 Black and cloth trim, now for sale from our Sydney Showroom.
Of the 1,930 XB GT Falcon sedans built, only 32 were painted in Skyview Blue and this one was heavily optioned with FMX auto transmission, a GOLDE Sunroof, integrated Air Conditioning, Power Steering, Power Windows, Black Hood and rare Long Range Fuel Tank.
Purchased by the current owner in 2016, the GT was resprayed in 2012 in 2 pack Skyview Blue with Black stripes and highlights. The interior is mostly original except for a retrim to the seats in the correct Black Vinyl with Cloth insert trim. The dash, steering wheel, all gauges and door cards are original with a recent recalibration of the volt, fuel and oil pressure gauges. The GOLDE Sunroof operates perfectly, the integrated air conditioning needs re-gassing, the factory Superfringe Radio is there with an aftermarket head unit in the glove box. There is also a new boot release fitted.
The GT is supplied with the original matching numbers 351 Cleveland block and is running a fully rebuilt mild 351 Cleveland with Holley 4BBL 600 cfm Performance carby, Pacemaker extractors, factory manifold and factory A/C and P/S . The owner has recently rebuilt the steering box, brake booster and master cylinder as well as the FMX auto. In addition, the radiator was stripped and rebuilt, new hoses and belts fitted and a new battery installed. The wiper motor has also been reconditioned.
The GT has been treated to new front end bushes and a new dual exhaust system.
The XB is riding on 4 Bathurst Globe alloy 15" rims with Hankook 225/60R15 red wall tyres with original tools and a boot carpet.
The GT comes with a verification letter from Ford. And the GT received a Silver Award at the recent 2025 Falcon GT Nationals.
