Now for sale from our Sydney Showroom is this 1974 XB GS Falcon 500 Hardtop, finished in Deep Aqua with Parchment trim. This classic features the all-matching numbers Y code 302 Cleveland 2V engine and manual transmission.
This well presented Hardtop is equipped with a factory 302 V8 Cleveland engine, paired with a factory 4-speed manual transmission. Notable options include the GS Rallye Pack, front power disc brakes, sports console, carpets, driving lights, sports handling suspension and dual exhaust system. If you are in the market for a sound original hardtop with loads of options, this could be the one.
Mechanically, the XB GS is powered by its matching numbers 302 V8 engine. In 2022, a comprehensive strip down and blueprinted rebuild with a mild cam was performed, and the car has only travelled 2500 km since. The differential was rebuilt by Bosnjak Engineering and maintains its factory LSD.
Overall, this car is in well-maintained condition, showcasing various paint corrections externally.
