2022 Market Review - Datsun 120Y/180B/200B/280C-300C
1970s Datsuns can still be found at relatively low prices, and most will deliver reliable transport.
The 120Y was despised for decades and a lot have disappeared, however the once-scarce coupes are available in surprising numbers and at prices up to $20,000. 180B and 200B sedans and wagons remain available in reasonable quantity; the 180 is priced significantly above the cost of a 200. SSS Coupe versions of both models are scarce and the $35,000 asked for a 180B was probably justified.
Excellent examples of the six-cylinder 240K sedan should be worth $40,000, with Hardtops exceeding $50,000. 240-300C models were desirable in their day and cars that survive in good condition still aren’t expensive.
120Y $9140 (6)
