2021 Market Review - Chrysler (U.S Models) 1957-2011
Australia saw very few US Chryslers as new cars so the ones in our market today will be more recent arrivals or perhaps diplomatic imports.
The ones that spark most interest are ‘letter series’ 300s with Hemi engines and 200km/h performance. In a US market overwhelmed by early 300s it is now possible to buy and freight a good car for less than buying one here, so consider your options.
Local Imperials and Newports look fairly priced and some will have the potent ‘440’ V8. Moving forward several decades we find locally sold 300C and SRT8 sedans at around $12,000 then stretching to $30K for a low-kilometre SRT.
The short-lived Touring wagon offers interesting family transport for under $20,000.
