Holden Commodore SS/Monaro 1989-2008 market review 2020

Those who weren’t paying attention when previous Value Guides identified SS Commodores as undervalued have now missed their chance. Back in 2016, the average being asked for a VN/VP SS was around $10,000, but today the only thing that money will buy is a sub-standard VTII.

Perhaps in response to the climbing values of early ones, SS Commies built from 1999-2008 have also flooded the market and owning one isn’t a dumb idea.

Also very much on the up are Generation 2 Monaros. Excellent CV-8s can cost more than $50,000.

VN/VP SS $30,820 [14]

VR-VT SS $15,355 [16]

VTII-Z SS $13,800 [59]

VE SS 2006-08 $16,005 [36]

Monaro CV8 $43,110 [18]

Monaro CV8-Z $65,865 [12]
