Big numbers on these things...
HDT Commodore VC-VL
Just as occurred during the 2006 ‘boom’, the money being sought for VK Group A ‘Blue Meanie’ Brocks is heading for $200,000, while other HDT prices remain pretty sensible.
VH Group 3s look undervalued but our sample was small and quality VHs should match the money being asked for VCs.
A one-off VC was offered at $60,000, others ambitiously at $100K and above. At least one has achieved in excess of $100k.
Cheapest of the HDTs have traditionally been the VK SS and Group 3 which can be found at $50-60,000.
Throw in the VL Calais Turbo as well. VL SS ‘Polariser’ cars are up in price but aren’t moving at anywhere near the pace of VK versions.
VC HDT $74,675 [13]
VH Group 3 $48,750 [4]
VK SS/GP3 $55,500 [5]
VK Group A $185,000 [3]
VL Group A $94,750 [6]
