Now ready for sale is Fords final model of the Falcon Ute, the FGX. This Ford FGX Falcon XR6 Ute is in great condition and ready to work or be enjoyed. Built in April of 2016 just months before production ceased on the iconic Falcon Ute model. Finished in striking Kinetic Blue. A small selection of Ford accessories has been added such as a bonnet protector, left and right weather shields, a polished aluminium roll bar, front and rear mudflaps and lastly tinted windows all add nicely to the appearance. A reverse camera has also been fitted for extra safety. Still sitting on the factory fitted 19-inch wheels. With just over 48000 kilometres this FGX has logbooks and good service history and has had only one owner from new. Both keys are still with the car too. The car underwent a six year, ground up nut and bolt build, finally being completed in 2011. The result is a timeless, all steel hot rod finished to an incredibly high standard. Starting with the chassis, the original 32 chassis was boxed with a tubular X member and Model A Front cross member welded in place. The rear end has a triangulated four link with coil overs and the chassis was notched to allow suspension travel at the cars new ride height. The front received a lowered I-beam with Rod Tech four bar, transverse leaf spring and polished shocks. The steering box from a HQ was utilized along with a Falcon master cylinder to feed the Falcon disc brakes with Commodore callipers up front and drums in the rear. The lines for the brake and fuel system are all braided and stainless items. The original 32 fuel tank sits under the rear upgraded with an electric fuel pump
