Another milestone car for Holden with the VH Commodore…

The Commodore of the early 1980s saw Holden introduce a number of advancements to further refine its iconic sedan.

For 1981, the technology was beyond its day and on a par with the Europeans. The addition of cruise control and a trip computer was massive for the VH Commodore.

Fondly remembered for its shadow-tone paint option (carried over from the VC Commodore but made famous by the VH), the VH SL/E package presented family-car buyers with a truly aspirational Holden..
