The 27th annual Kidney Kar Rally will run from Alice Springs to Moama, Echuca, via Coober Pedy from 11 - 21 August, 2015

27th Annual Kidney Kar Rally (2015)

This year's Kidney Kar Rally fundraiser will take place from 11 - 21 August, running from Alice Springs to Moama, Echuca, via Coober Pedy.

Entrants of the annual rally come from all areas of Australia to take part, which this year will be a ten day, 5000km adventure they're not likely to forget.

As well as being an amazing and memorable experience for participants, the rally helps to not only raise funds, but also awareness of kidney disease, especially in the areas it passes through.

At major pit stops, Kidney Health staff promote and educate locals on healthy living and the importance of early detection and prevention.

The Kidney Kar Rally is open to all road registered vehicles, not just rally cars.

Fundraising is organised for the teams through Everyday Hero, where sponsors can pledge tax deductible donations to support their nominated rally crew.  

The 2014 Kidney Kar Rally ran from Gundagai to Cootamundra, via Mt Gambier from 15 - 23 August. See the video here:
